In order to receive this achievement, you need to collect the following items:- All 7 Weapons- All 3 Explosives- 15 Ammo Bandoleers- 10 Health Kits- All 7 Area Maps- 4 Scrolls (Khepri, Heket, Qebui & Anuket)- Ring of Wadjet, Horus Bracer, Ankh of Seker, & Crown of Apis- The Rappel Gear- All 50 RelicsSome of them are story related and unmissable, but most of them are optional. Anyways, almost every one of the items is located in a 'special' room that contains just the item itself, so if you visit the entire map, you'll find all the items.
